A thoughtful look at the market
The tour takes place on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, starting at 9:30 a.m. Austin time. Listing agents may submit residential homes, new construction, and residential teardown opportunities, including active, coming-soon, and off-market properties.
The coordinator reviews submissions, verifies eligibility by street address, manages capacity, and prepares the itinerary. No minimum price is required. Up to eight properties may be selected for a tour.
How the tour works
Submit properties by Tuesday at noon before the tour. The coordinator publishes a final itinerary and route map when ready. Agents visit the properties independently in the order shown. The first property is the default starting point; no separate meeting location or RSVP is required.
