How the Eanes Property Tour works

Eanes Property Tour is an independently organized, twice-monthly residential property tour for licensed real estate professionals. Properties are reviewed for the Eanes area by street address.

Schedule

Tours are scheduled for the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Austin local time. Check the upcoming tour page for the next date and any published changes. A recurring schedule does not guarantee a tour will occur on a holiday or during a cancellation; confirm the date before traveling.

Who can participate?

The tour is intended for licensed real estate professionals. Agents visit included properties independently, following the published itinerary. The first property is the default starting point; there is no separate meeting location or RSVP requirement in the supplied tour brief.

Which properties may be considered?

Residential homes, new construction, and residential teardown opportunities may be considered, including active, coming-soon, and off-market properties. The supplied brief sets no minimum price. Eligibility is reviewed by street address against the Eanes ISD taxing jurisdiction; a city name or ZIP code alone does not establish eligibility. Eanes ISD’s public boundary map page directs address checks to the Travis Central Appraisal District (TCAD) property search to determine taxing jurisdiction, then provides SchoolSearch for campus zoning. The tour’s coordinator—not the district—must perform and record the tour eligibility check.

When are properties due?

The owner-supplied brief states that properties are due by noon on the Tuesday before a tour. The brief allows coordinator override, but does not define a late-submission procedure. Online submissions are not currently open; do not send property or personal information through this site.

How are selections and route order decided?

The coordinator reviews eligibility and availability, prepares the itinerary, and sets the route order. The stated default is to start with the eligible property closest to central Austin and work outward; the coordinator may override that order. The stated maximum is eight properties per tour. The selection and waitlist process when more than eight properties qualify has not been published, so submission should not be treated as acceptance or a promise of inclusion.

Are addresses and listing details public?

No current itinerary has been published. Before any property details are posted, the coordinator must confirm seller authorization, listing-media rights, and which details may be shared publicly. Off-market addresses, access instructions, and other sensitive details should not be placed on public pages or PDFs without explicit authorization and a documented sharing policy.

Is the tour affiliated with Eanes ISD?

No. Eanes Property Tour is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Eanes ISD. The district name is used only to describe the general geographic area; the district does not organize or validate tour listings.

Who organizes it?

The supplied project brief identifies Linda Komm as the coordinator. Tour-specific contact details have not yet been confirmed for publication. Use the contact page for current status.
